The Urban Entity is responsible for the maintenance of common areas (roads, pavements, lighting, irrigation etc) which are not part of the wider community of Condado or privately owned. (ie Not the Jardins, gardens, pools, Al-Kazar or the golf course). The urban entity also includes the lake at La Isla.
