Orbesol
In early 2021 Orbesol Group Inmobiliario SL started building the MIRADOR development of 64 modern front-line apartments are overlooking the 13th fairway of the Jack Nicklaus designed golf course. They plan to build 4 in total and are currently operating as an adopted community of Condado (Mirador 1 and Mirador 2).
This development consists of 4 blocks (4 levels in each) with a total of 16 apartments in each block. These apartments include an open-plan lounge and dining room, fully fitted kitchen, 2 fully-fitted bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. Blocks 1 and 2 are complete with Block 3 building work due to commence in the summer of 2023. Block 4´s delivery dates are still to be confirmed.
Each apartment comes with the use of a communal swimming pool, secure access and a private car parking space. Storage units can be purchased for an additional fee.
The same developer is also building 15 villas in front of the Al Kazar centre, some of which are already completed.
Alhama Nature
Alhama Nature has embarked on an impressive transformation of the Condado de Alhama golf resort, significantly enhancing our beloved Signature Golf Course and building new homes and sports facilities.
Their vision for Condado is expansive. Their plan is to upgrade the golf course, build a hotel containing 400 beds/rental accommodations and a new golf club, bar and restaurant, alongside the creation of 17 blocks of opulent apartments, two rows of exquisite villas, and a substantial expansion of the Jardines area, nearly doubling its original size.
At the end of 2022 Alhama Nature confirmed that they were going to construct new buildings between Mirador and Penthouse 16 and also a mix of building blocks and villas, from Mirador 4 onwards all the way to the Condado Club in Jardin 7, all facing the golf course.
In addition, new villas will also be built between J13 and the current villas being built by Orbesol. This means a total of approximately 1200 homes.
They are also building the new Alhama Arena football complex.
Oriol Properties
Oriol Mediterránea, S.L are creating a new development of villas at the rear of Naranjos 1-7, on the current waste ground between the existing Naranjos development and the outer ring road.
Residencial Oriol is a new urbanization with luxury homes within the Condado de Alhama resort. They are independent chalets with 2 and 3 bedrooms with large landscaped plots, with private parking and solarium. The 3-bedroom homes also include a private pool.
