Sector A is the smaller of the two commercial centres in Camposol.

Set on two levels, it includes, vets, hairdressers, hardware store, computer and phone shop along with a few bars and restaurants.

The Camposol weekly market, held every Thursday morning, is based in the main car park next to the Sector A commercial centre.

Sector B has the larger of the two commercial centres on Camposol, with numerous bars, shops, banks, restaurants, hairdressers, supermarkets, car hire, travel agents, estate agents, vets, opticians, electrical goods, computer repair, petrol station and Post Office.

The Consum supermarket is the largest in the area and there are two large Chinese Bazaars
, where you will find everything for your home or garden.

The Camposol Centro Salud, in Sector A, is the local Spanish National Health Service clinic, open to those registered on the Spanish National Insurance register, normally staffed with 3 doctors and 2 nurses.

Located in Sector A, since its foundation, in 2013, the Camposol Health Clinic, a private medical centre, has offered General Medicine, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Podiatry, Dentistry & Radiology services. On the ground floor of the building is the Camposol Pharmacy.

A new private hospital, the Mederi Guadalentín Hospital, established by the same firm as the Camposol Health Clinic, is situated between the Camposol Centro Salud and the Health Clinic building.
